1) Glute bridge
2) SL glute bridge
3) Side plank x 30s ea
4) Front plank x 30s
5) Deep squat
6) Lateral lunges ea
7) All 4s t-spine rotation

Strength circuit

12 reps of each:

A1) DB/KB romanian deadlift
A2) Push up/variation
A3) Walking lunges ea
A4) Lat pull down/chin up ISO hold (20 sec)
A5) Side plank x 30/45 sec

REST x 120-150s 

x 4-5 rounds
