4) Front plank x 30s
5) Deep squat
6) Lateral lunges ea
7) All 4s t-spine rotation

Strength circuit

10 reps of each:

A1) Hip thrust
A2) Standing DB Shoulder press
A3) Lateral lunges
A4) DB 1 arm row or inverted row
A5) V sit up

REST x 120-150s 

x 3-4 rounds
