4) Front plank x 30s
5) Deep squat
6) Lateral lunges ea
7) All 4s t-spine rotation

Strength circuit

12 reps of each:

A1) Back/Goblet squat
A2) DB bench press/floor press
A3) Feet Elevated hamstring bridge
A4) DB 1 Arm row/inverted row
A5) Plank hold X 30/45/60S

REST x 120-150s 

x 4-5 rounds
